Heather and Shaun – Engagement Session

Continuing with engagement session.  I met up with Heather and Shaun for their engagement session at Green Lane Park.  They brought their son with them, and he was adorable and cooperated so well!

Heather and Shaun are planning for a very small, but intimate wedding at the end of this month and it sounds like it is shaping up to be a very special night for everyone attending.

Here are a few shots from our time at the park.

Kristi and Keith – Center City Philadelphia Engagement

It’s Engagement session season!!!  I personally love this time – almost more than wedding season.  This is the time that I get to actually know my couples.  I get to hang out with them, talk, maybe sit down for a drink occasionally and oh yeah… take some pictures.  Whether it’s walking between different areas, driving in the car to go to a different location, or just wasting time waiting for ideas to come into my head, this is when I get to hear stories about first dates, awkward moments in the dating history, proposals and anything else that might come up.

Kristi and Keith were no different!  We had a blast walking around the Art Museum and Center City Philadelphia.  These two are just naturally happy and so easy to talk to and really easy to work with taking their pictures.  I won’t go into any embarrassing stories that I heard that day – I’ll leave that for Kristi to maybe leave in the comments;)

Here’s a few from their session.

Jess and Daryl

This may be one of the most packed blog posts I have ever done!  Jess and Daryl got married at Normandy Farms in Blue Bell, PA.  A few months back, we went back to high school, to photograph their engagement session (where they met, in marching band:))  Council Rock High School was such a fun and different back drop, and it really help them both have a relaxed time – even if there were a few teachers walking around.

Normandy Farms is a beautiful scene for a fall wedding.  The day was a little bit windy, but with some strategic locations, we turned out with some excellent pictures.  With their friends and family, These two partied the night away.  The sounds of Paris of EBE talent kept the dance floor packed the entire night!

Take a look at some awesome wedding pictures!

Amanda and TJ – wedding

It’s always an honor to be chosen to photograph a happy couples wedding. But it is extra special to me when friends ask me to be part of the special day. I have known Amanda for a few years now, and she has always been a happy person that can just laugh. Wedding day was no different. Smiles and laughter from start to finish! TJ was the same. Smiling to see his beautiful bride and happy to celebrate with friends and family!

Cammy and Luke – Ocean City Wedding

Heading down the AC expressway again, took me to Ocean City for Cammy and Luke’s wedding.  Their engagement session a few months back at Valley Forge National park was very easy going.  It’s a great way to get to know everyone before the wedding and get more comfortable and relaxed too.

The weather was spectacular the day of the wedding.  Bright blue skies and lots and lots of guests to share in the memories.  The whole day took place at The Flanders Hotel, right on the boardwalk.  They did a wonderful job with the room and ceremony, and the food was delicious too!  After a short ceremony, we did some family pictures and then took the whole bridal party to the boardwalk and beach for some fun portraits.

As the reception kicked off, Sid Miller and his crew (one of my favorite Philadelphia area bands) kept the crowd dancing the whole night – phenomenal job!  Thanks also to my friend Ashley Bartoletti, for coming along and getting some spectacular images too!

Thanks Cammy and Luke, it was a blast!

Willeatha and Jason – wedding

On July 4th, my friend Cindy Guessford accompanied me to Stroudsmoor Country Inn, to photograph Willeatha and Jason’s wedding.  Their engagement session in Brooklyn, at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge was a lot of fun, and I could tell then that this wedding was going to be a work out:)

The bride and groom both looked great, and despite the heat wave we have had going on, everyone stuck together and stayed in great spirits.   From the time that they first glanced at each other, they were full of smiles and love in their eyes (the way a wedding should be).  It was a very emotion filled ceremony, that overlooked the valley below – what a scene!

Through out the night, there were fireworks going off in the distance in each direction we looked.  Both families packed the dance floor and kept dancing all night.

Make sure you also take an extra close look at Willeatha’s dress.  It came from Kleinfelds in New York City!  It is a stunning dress.
