Brittany and Toph – 2nd shoot

I got to shoot with my good friend and fellow Circle of 8 photograper, Nicole Polk.  I started off with the guys as they were hanging out and getting ready, then headed to the church.

The wedding and reception were some much fun!  Brittany had so many details planned and worked out for the day, it was wonderful!

Aldie Mansion Wedding Photos – 2nd shoot

Well, I have finally made it through the crazy (and fantastic) wedding season.  I have a BUNCH of images to catch up on.

To start, here is a wedding from Aldie Mansion that I shot along with Barton Paul.  I got to shoot with the Canon 200mm f/2.0 IS lens.  It’s a whopper of a lens, but it is awesome!  This is also one of the first times that I got to use the 24mm f/1.4 lens (before I bought it).  I was hooked from the beginning.

Beth and Steve – 2nd shoot

Meeting up with my good friend and fellow Philly wedding photographer (Philly8) member, Mark Gardner, we traveled south down to Cape May, NJ for Beth and Steve’s wedding.

This group, from the very beginning, was all about having a good time.  Everyone was in such a good and relaxed mood, it made our job so much easier – and even more fun! I was really excited to see that Beth choose an non-white dress.  It was close to a blue-ish color wedding dress – very cool!  and the black shoes just added to it!

The reception was held at the renowned Congress Hall with the sounds of the evening provided by the talented crew of Synergetic Sounds (coincidentally based locally out of Bensalem).

Normandy Farms wedding – 2nd shoot

Helping Michael Allebach out again, we were photographing at Normandy Farm in Blue Bell.  While we may have been rained out just in time for the ceremony, we were able to get some great portraits before and after around Normand Farm, and also at the Montgomery County Community College.

Alice and Mark – 2nd shoot

Shooting with Michael Allebach again, we were photographing Alice and Mark’s wedding.

We started with a few shots at the Sofitel in Philadelphia.    The wedding was held at the church on the University of Penn Campus.  From there, we traveled just a few blocks south towards Rittenhouse square, to Stotesbury Mansion.

The mansion has a lot of different rooms that are great to work with, including the elevator!

Alisha and Jeff – 2nd shoot

I got to help my fellow Philly Wedding Photographers (Philly8) member, David Zaveloff, to photograph Alisha and Jeff’s wedding.

There was so much fun and energy with both families, how could anyone not have a good time!  The wedding and reception was held at the College of Physicians in Philadelphia. . . yes, the Mutter Museum!  Now, they limit the access of the actual museum for pictures, but the reception room and the ceremony are definitely very cool too.

With the sounds of Big Romeo, the party was a blast!

Enjoy a few shots from the day!  Be sure to check out Dave’s site to see the full slideshow.
