Crista and Tom – Engagement Session

Last Sunday, I met up with Crista and Tom.  Their engagement session took place at Lackawanna Park in Hoboken.  Very much like the day before,  these two were also a ton of laughs and smiles.  I’m thinking it may actually be a hard wedding to photograph – they  smile too much;)(kidding, of course).  We met at this park because this is where they met (during a Relay for life event).  And with New York City as a backdrop for a few other pictures, this was a great place.  The sun even came out about half way through and allowed us for even better pictures.

Their wedding will actually be a lot of fun.  Having a few mutual friends with Tom will bring a party crowd, and Crista is designer of really fantastic favors and other elements for weddings and events – check out her work – http://www.creationsbycristamarie.com/

Here’s their preview from the Hoboken Engagement session.

Kristi and Keith – Center City Philadelphia Engagement

It’s Engagement session season!!!  I personally love this time – almost more than wedding season.  This is the time that I get to actually know my couples.  I get to hang out with them, talk, maybe sit down for a drink occasionally and oh yeah… take some pictures.  Whether it’s walking between different areas, driving in the car to go to a different location, or just wasting time waiting for ideas to come into my head, this is when I get to hear stories about first dates, awkward moments in the dating history, proposals and anything else that might come up.

Kristi and Keith were no different!  We had a blast walking around the Art Museum and Center City Philadelphia.  These two are just naturally happy and so easy to talk to and really easy to work with taking their pictures.  I won’t go into any embarrassing stories that I heard that day – I’ll leave that for Kristi to maybe leave in the comments;)

Here’s a few from their session.
